In order to get we want we have to lose something what we already have. If you have 100% and want to add 10% more you cannot do it. You have to remove 10% from your 100% you have to make room for the 10% you want to add. In simple words, you cannot fill the glass of water if it's already full. You have to empty it first. (Just like if you want positivity in your life you need to remove something from your life like negativity) In order to achieve our goal or achieve what we decide, we must sacrifice, many things.
